We understand that traditional meditation practices can sometimes feel disconnected from strong religious Christian faiths, and that's why we've created a unique experience that focuses on cultivating a state of "be calm" within you.

 

At Calmbeance, we believe that relaxation is a vital component of overall well-being. Our sessions go beyond the superficial and delve into the core of tranquility, combining meditation, breathing exercises, and gentle stretching techniques. With each $90 session, we strive to create an environment where you can fully immerse yourself in a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.

Tonya Hood is a certified Anger Management Expert, Meditation Teacher, Mindfulness Instructor, and Energy Healer. With expertise in these diverse fields, Tonya possesses a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the transformative power of holistic practices.

 

In 2008, Tonya experienced a greater need of purpose. After enduring multiple losses and facing the lack of suitable avenues for people of color in pursuit of a truly awakened state.

 

Motivated by this profound insight, Tonya developed a three-step process that integrates the power of breathing, stretching, and relaxing to nurture personal well-being and foster a harmonious connection with the ones.
